Final payment is due 7 days prior to your scheduled event. If full payment is not received at least 5 days before your event, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits are not refundable and are applied to your balance. Your remaining balance is due 7 days before your event for Party Experiences and Packages. For Rentals A 50% holding fee is required to secure your event date and rental inventory. This fee reserves your booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due at the time of rental drop-off unless otherwise stated in your invoice.
