For Custom Favors: Once your order is received, you'll be sent a mockup of your design within 24-48 hours. Once approved, production can take up to 5-7 days depending on the size of your order and materials needed. If more production time is needed, you will be contacted and given a new ship date. For Custom Party Kits: Due to the customization of this service, we ask that you allow at least two production weeks for your party kit to be mailed to you.

We use USPS Ground Advantage for most orders.

Yes, 2-Day Express shipping is available for an additional $25. This does not include a rush order fee.

Yes, rush orders are available, but subject to availability. A rush order includes expedited processing and production, but does not include upgraded shipping. Rush orders can typically be completed and shipped within 48 hours, depending on item availability. The rush fee is $50 and is not available for the Teddy Bear Party Kit. If you need 2-day shipping or faster, additional postage fees will apply.
