When is my remaining balance due?
Final payment is due 7 days prior to your scheduled event.
If full payment is not received at least 5 days before your event, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are not refundable and are applied to your balance. Your remaining balance is due 7 days before your event for Party Experiences and Packages.
For Rentals
A 50% holding fee is required to secure your event date and rental inventory. This fee reserves your booking and is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due at the time of rental drop-off unless otherwise stated in your invoice.
