PARTY PAY PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Secure your party now & pay along the way. 

With our Party Pay Plan, you can secure your order with a 30% deposit and make additional payments at your convenience leading up to your event.

HOW TO START YOUR PARTY PAY PLAN

To initiate a Party Pay Plan, you MUST use the contact form below to request your Party Pay Plan invoice.

Party Pay Plan cannot be selected or initiated through the regular checkout process. Once your request is received, we will review your order and send you a separate invoice with your 30% deposit amount and final payment due date.

30% DEPOSIT

A 30% deposit is required to secure your order and begin your Party Pay Plan.

2-MONTH MINIMUM

Your event must be scheduled at least 2 months from the date your order is placed to qualify for the Party Pay Plan.

PAY AT YOUR PACE

After your initial deposit, you may make additional payments whenever you'd like. There is no required installment schedule as long as your balance is paid in full by the final payment deadline.

FINAL PAYMENT — 21 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT

Your remaining balance must be paid in full 21 calendar days before your party. It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of their final payment due date and ensure the balance is paid on time.

MISSED PAYMENT DEADLINE

If your order is not paid in full by the 21-day deadline, it may be cancelled due to non-payment.

If the order is cancelled, all payments made toward the order, including the initial 30% deposit, will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

If we are able to accommodate your order after the payment deadline, a $60 rush processing fee may apply. Rush shipping may also be required at the customer's expense to ensure the order arrives by the event date.

Please note: Paying the rush fee does not guarantee that your order can still be completed or delivered by your event date.

$300 MINIMUM

The Party Pay Plan is available for orders totaling $300 or more.

YOUR AGREEMENT

By submitting your 30% deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Party Pay Plan Terms & Conditions, including the final payment deadline and forfeiture policy.
