Business Consultation Discovery Session 15 Minutes | $10 Not sure exactly what you need help with? Let's figure it out together. Before jumping into paid consulting, we'll spend 15 focused minutes getting to know you, your business, and what you want to accomplish. This Discovery Session allows us to identify your biggest challenges, goals, and priorities so that your paid consulting sessions are intentional, focused, and tailored specifically to your business. During our 15 minutes, we'll discuss: ✨ Where you are in your business right now ✨ What you're currently working on ✨ Your biggest challenges or roadblocks ✨ What you hope to accomplish through consulting ✨ Areas where you'd like guidance—design, products, pricing, business strategy, resources, marketing, systems, and more ✨ What we should prioritize during your paid sessions This is not a full consulting session and is not intended for extensive business strategy, design work, or troubleshooting. Think of it as our roadmap meeting—we'll determine where you need the most support and create a direction for our work together. $10 Is Applied Toward Your First Consultation! If you decide to move forward with a paid consulting package, Your $10 Discovery Session fee will be credited toward your first Consultation Package. That means you're not paying extra to get started—you’re putting money toward your consulting investment. $10 | 15 Minutes Discovery Sessions are non-refundable. The $10 credit is only applicable toward the purchase of a consulting package, not the hourly rate, and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to other services.
Cancellation Policy
Service Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to work with me! Please review the following policies before booking any consulting service. 📅 Booking & Scheduling All consulting sessions are appointment-based and must be scheduled through the booking system. Appointments are subject to availability. Please arrive prepared and on time with any questions, files, designs, or information you'd like to discuss. ⏰ Late Arrivals Your session will end at the originally scheduled time. If you arrive late, the remaining time will be used for your consultation, and additional time will not automatically be added. 🔄 Rescheduling I understand that things come up! If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. For consulting packages and memberships, up to 2 rescheduled sessions are permitted without penalty. Beginning with the 3rd rescheduled session, the session may count toward your purchased session allotment. 🚫 No-Shows Missed appointments without advance notice will be considered a no-show and may count as a completed session. Repeated no-shows may result in the cancellation of future appointments or loss of remaining sessions. 💳 Payments & Refunds All consulting service payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, unused sessions, scheduling conflicts, changes in business plans, or failure to use sessions before a package or membership expires. 📦 Packages & Memberships Package and membership sessions must be used within the applicable timeframe stated in the service description. Unused sessions do not automatically roll over unless specifically stated otherwise. Memberships are billed according to the recurring schedule selected at checkout. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period. 💻 Consulting Disclaimer Consulting sessions provide education, guidance, resources, brainstorming, and business support. Results are not guaranteed. Your business decisions, implementation, sales, and financial outcomes remain your responsibility. 🤝 Respect & Professionalism I value a positive, productive consulting environment. Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally. I reserve the right to end a session or discontinue services in cases of inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior. ✅ Agreement By booking a consulting service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
